Day planner

A plan for every day — and another, no waiting

Plus AINew

The day planner has a tab for every day — swipe between them. AI builds a plan with times and places from the destinations, hotels and flights already in your trip, and every day page has an “AI plan” button. Not quite right? “A different plan” builds a new one from the alternatives AI already prepared, and “Reorder” sorts the day by distance from the hotel and opening hours — neither uses AI again.

How it works

In the new-trip wizard, every step can be filled in by hand or with AI. Write “10 days in northern Italy in May, then 3 days in Switzerland” and AI suggests destinations and dates you can edit. On the flights and hotels steps, upload several PDFs or screenshots at once and the details fill in.

Bookings by email

Every user gets a personal address for forwarding flight and hotel confirmations — PDFs included. AI reads each email that arrives, matches it to a trip by its dates and sends you a notification. Review it, add it to the trip — and the file joins the trip's documents.

Receipt scanning

From receipt to expense in seconds

Plus AI

Snap a receipt and AI reads the total, currency, category and line items, then fills in the expense — converted to your currency. In a group trip, choose who shares it: everyone, some people, or item by item — who had what, with tax and tip spread proportionally. The split goes straight into settle-up.

Day reorder

Too much back-and-forth? “Reorder” sorts the day's tasks by distance from the hotel and opening hours, and keeps the times of things you've already booked. It's instant and doesn't use AI.

Poll suggestions

No more arguing about dinner

Plus AINew

AI suggests a poll from the day's plan — real restaurants, attractions or places nearby. Every option is a card with a photo, category, price range, rating and distance from the hotel; tap it for a photo carousel, opening hours, a map, directions and booking. Everyone votes from their phone and sees who voted and who's leading.

How it works

AI in a group trip

Friends ask. You approve.

In a shared trip, the AI belongs to the trip's creator and comes with their Plus. A member without Plus can ask for access, and once approved, their AI use in the trip counts toward the creator's monthly allowance.

    A member asks

    A member without Plus taps an AI feature in the trip, and a request goes to the trip's creator.

    The creator approves

    The creator gets a notification and a push, and approves or declines on the Members tab — access can be turned off later, too. The member gets a push once it's approved.

    One shared allowance

    From then on, the member's AI use in that trip counts toward the creator's monthly allowance — and the app shows whose allowance it comes from.

Inviting someone you trust? Choose full AI access in the invite, and they use AI in the trip without asking. Turn it off any time on the Members tab.

Have Plus of your own? You use your own allowance, in every trip, no asking needed.

  • A consent screen before first use

    Before the first use you see exactly what's sent and to whom — and AI only starts once you agree.

  • Only what's needed is sent

    The content you submitted for that action and the relevant trip details: destinations, dates, flights and hotels.

  • Never used for training

    Our AI provider doesn't use this data to train its models.

  • Nothing saved without your OK

    You see the result first. Edit it, untick things — and only then add it to the trip.

  • Withdraw anytime

    In Profile → Security → AI data sharing. After that, we'll ask again before the next use.

  • Answers in your language

    Plans, lists and tips come back in the language your app speaks.
